I was referred to Gabe through a friend and had a phenomenal experience especially as a first time homebuyer. He was able to help me pull a lot of strings to get a great price on a condo in a prime location on queen west, in the peak of a sellers market (not an easy task!)

Gabe Lakatos was super professional. He really loves to get you exactly what you want. He stays on top of things like there is no tomorrow.
I was looking for a place to move to, and I called Gabe. Not even 2 hours later he sent me a list of listings in an area I asked him to search for. We went to a couple showing before we got the new place.
Even after we got the place he helped get the keys and helped in any way he can. He also checked up on his clients to make sure everything was good a week later.
To be honest what is there not to love about Gabe Lakatos! True professional!
